As professional florists, we want to satisfy your floral needs. If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify us within 72 hours upon receiving your order.
Substitution Policy: A second choice is recommended, due to the fact that product may be out of season or not available. We may substitute the container and/or flowers to equal value, and beauty. Overall color schemes will be similar.
Corsage and Boutonniere Orders: Orders must be placed and paid for a day in advance for specific pick-up times. Same day orders will be ready by 6pm that evening or as soon as possible depending on the movement of the store.
Holiday Deliveries: During Valentines and Mother's Day we can not guarantee a specific delivery time. We will guarantee delivery before the close of business. We ask for an alternate delivery address to ensure delivery success.
